The france chapter is not listet at the local chapter list at IBC, but i seems that the chapter does still exists.

OK, since the new IBC Website is online I and all others can see: a frensh IBC Chapter does still exist.

I am so sorry that I wrote wrong informations, but I dis not know the truth since a few days.
